Rick Myers is the president and owner of Integrated Financial Services, Inc. Rick has over 35 years of experience in successfully analyzing and solving the retirement issues of seniors. His background and experience enables him to provide straightforward explanations of financial concepts and alternatives that are easy for his clients to understand and implement. He has helped hundreds of families plan for their future, protect their assets and enjoy a financially successful retirement.
Rick Myers is one of the few individuals nationwide who holds the following licenses and/or designations: CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER (TM), CFP (R), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), Registered Health Underwriter (RHU), Chartered Adviser for Senior Living (CASL). He is a member of the society of Financial Service Professionals. He holds a life, health and accident insurance license with the State of Michigan and specializes in retirement and tax planning. Additional educational, biographical, and/or disciplinary information will be provided up request should a client deem it relevant to the professional relationship.
At Integrated Financial Services, Inc. we believe in a “team approach”. We have assembled an experienced team of experts to help our clients reach their financial goals. We work with some of the leading Elder-Law Attorneys in the state of Michigan. In this way we are able to assist our clients with their legal needs, from simple wills or trusts, to more comprehensive inter-vivos trusts or developing sophisticated multiple-generation estate plans or protecting assets from the costs of long-term care. We also work with West Michigan’s leading Certified Public Accountants (CPAs) and other licensed professionals to assist our clients as needed.
Rick is the father of 3 active young boys who keep his life interesting outside of the office. He is an avid reader, a history buff, enjoys traveling and is a certified scuba diver. He also breeds, trains, and raises Registered Quarter Horses. For over 15 years, Rick has volunteered for the blind, reading news articles and leading weekly current event discussions. Rick frequently writes articles on financial planning topics and his articles and/or comments have been published in the nation’s leading publications including: The Wall Street Journal, U.S. News and World Reports, Forbes, Fox Business and AARP. He has repeatedly been interviewed and appeared on Television and Radio regarding his opinions and recommendations on a variety of financial and retirement planning topics.
